The Ministry of Justice states: Everyone except the government is to blame

The Ministry of Justice issues daily announcements of operations ranging from drugs to religious sects, and from unsolved murders to loan sharks. Whilst everyone is declared guilty on this stage that has been set up, only the AKP government, which has been ruling the country for a quarter of a century, is blameless.
